shy specialises in vintage and pre-owned designer clothing and accessories. all items are carefully sourced, inspected, measured and described to the best of our ability.

due to their age and previous ownership, vintage pieces may show signs of wear, minor imperfections or previous repairs. significant flaws and any repairs undertaken by shy will be disclosed in the product description.

measurements are provided as accurately as possible. we recommend reviewing all product details and contacting us with any questions before purchasing.

orders & cancellations

all orders are subject to availability and acceptance. once an order has been placed, cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed.

as many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee that an item will become available again once sold.

if an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange a refund of the affected amount.

nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

returns & refunds

all vintage items are final sale. we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect sizing or personal preference.

this does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws. where an item fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

shipping & delivery

orders are dispatched using tracked Australia Post, in accordance with our shipping policy.

customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. incorrect or incomplete details may result in delivery delays, additional charges or returned parcels.

delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination, customs processing and carrier operations. estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

if a parcel is delayed, missing or returned to sender, please contact us so we can investigate and assist in accordance with applicable consumer law.

customs & duties

international customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes and handling charges imposed by their destination country.

these charges are not included in our product pricing unless expressly stated otherwise. we recommend checking local import regulations before purchasing.
